Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the Portobello mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until tender.
- Toast the whole grain burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing grilled mushrooms on the buns, topped with spinach, tomato, and avocado.
