Description

Indulge in the rich, marbled texture of grilled ribeye steaks topped with creamy roasted garlic and herb butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F).
  2. Mix the softened butter, roasted garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper, and brush them lightly with olive oil.
  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Top each steak with a generous spoonful of the garlic herb butter before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the garlic herb butter a day in advance. Feel free to experiment with additional herbs or spices.
