- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 cloves garlic, roasted
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F).
- Mix the softened butter, roasted garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper, and brush them lightly with olive oil.
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Top each steak with a generous spoonful of the garlic herb butter before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the garlic herb butter a day in advance. Feel free to experiment with additional herbs or spices.
