- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Once the beef is cooked, reduce heat and add shredded provolone cheese on top, allowing it to melt.
- Toast hoagie rolls if desired, then fill each roll with the beef and cheese mixture.
