Delicious and festive Halloween Oreo Cake Bars that are perfect for any Halloween gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of Halloween-themed sprinkles
- 1 cup of cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies and half of the Halloween sprinkles.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, spread cream cheese frosting on top and sprinkle with remaining Halloween sprinkles.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- For a more intense Oreo flavor, add more crushed Oreos to the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- These bars can be made a day in advance for convenience.
