Ingredients

  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out the ham slices and place a slice of cheese on top of each.
  3. Roll the ham and cheese tightly and secure with a toothpick.

  5. Dip each rolled ham and cheese stick in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the sticks on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
