- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup country gravy
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add the frozen hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the hash browns are cooking, prepare the eggs to your liking (fried, scrambled, etc.).
- Once the hash browns are done, season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the bowl by layering the hash browns, bacon, eggs, and pouring country gravy on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a healthier option, you can use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon.
- Feel free to add cheese or other toppings as desired.
- This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting the bacon.
