Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup country gravy
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add the frozen hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. While the hash browns are cooking, prepare the eggs to your liking (fried, scrambled, etc.).
  4. Once the hash browns are done, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble the bowl by layering the hash browns, bacon, eggs, and pouring country gravy on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
