Description

A vibrant and flavorful dish that combines juicy chicken thighs, caramelized pineapple, and colorful bell peppers, all roasted to perfection for a tropical dining experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, and bell peppers on a sheet pan.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your tropical meal!

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight and avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even roasting.
