Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, parsley, dill, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Top each fillet with lemon slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.

- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the herb mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
