Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp, stirring gently. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp over rice or alongside vegetables.
Notes
