Description

A delicious blend of succulent shrimp coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steamed rice or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp, stirring gently. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the shrimp over rice or alongside vegetables.

Notes

For best results, pat the shrimp dry before cooking to achieve a perfect sear. You can also make the sauce a day ahead of time.
