- 1 lb beef (flank steak or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in thinly sliced beef and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in bell pepper and broccoli, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour in hoisin sauce and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Gently add cooked noodles, tossing everything together.
- Plate the noodles and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
