Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Wash and prepare the fruit by removing any stems, seeds, or peels.
  3. Puree the fruit in a blender until smooth.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice to the puree, if desired, and blend again.
  5. Spread the fruit puree evenly onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 6-8 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Cut into strips and roll them up in parchment paper for storage.
