- 1–2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C).
- Wash and prepare the fruit by removing any stems, seeds, or peels.
- Puree the fruit in a blender until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice to the puree, if desired, and blend again.
- Spread the fruit puree evenly onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 6-8 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Cut into strips and roll them up in parchment paper for storage.

- Store the fruit leather in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
