A simple and delicious recipe to make homemade Raising Cane’s Chicken and Cane’s Sauce.

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for sauce)
- 1 tsp black pepper (for sauce)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken tenders in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- For the Cane’s sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Serve the chicken tenders hot with Cane’s sauce on the side.

- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
- Adjust the spices in the flour mixture to your taste.
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.
