Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine rice and water or broth in a saucepan; bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until fluffy.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create the glaze.
- Combine cooked rice, meatballs, and vegetables in a baking dish and stir gently.
- Pour the honey garlic glaze over the mixture and stir to coat.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to caramelize the top.
