A delicious and easy recipe for honey-glazed baked ham that is perfect for any occasion.

- 1 fully cooked ham (about 8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger.
- Brush the glaze over the ham, making sure to get it into the scored areas.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, add more honey.
- Leftover ham can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This recipe can be adapted for smaller or larger hams by adjusting the glaze ingredients accordingly.
