- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup cilantro lime rice
- 2 avocados, sliced

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
- Submerge each chicken breast in the marinade and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
