Description

A flavorful and simple dish combining honey, lime, and garlic to create a sweet and savory glaze for perfectly baked salmon.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down.
  4. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the salmon and coat evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze, if desired.
  7. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For best results, ensure your salmon is at room temperature before baking. You can prepare the glaze a day in advance.
