Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the salmon and coat evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Broil for the last 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze, if desired.
- Serve with lime wedges and garnish with parsley.
