Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
  4. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture.
