A decadent triple chocolate mousse cake layered with dark, milk, and white chocolate delights that create an extraordinary dessert experience.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 0.75 cups cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup whole milk

- 1 tbs espresso powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 0.25 cups cornstarch
- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 8 oz milk chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare baking pans.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to blend.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, sour cream, oil, espresso powder, and vanilla until integrated.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Gradually stir in hot water for a smooth batter.
- Divide batter among pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cakes cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks.
- Melt dark chocolate for mousse, whip 1 cup cream until stiff peaks form, and fold into chocolate. Repeat for milk and white chocolate mousses.
- Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, incorporate into milk and white chocolate mixtures.
- Once cakes are cooled, stack with layers of mousse in between.
- Chill the assembled cake for at least 4 hours.
