A deliciously spicy take on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring creamy cheese and jalapeños.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1–2 jalapeños, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- On one slice, layer the shredded cheddar cheese and sliced jalapeños.
- Top with the other slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- For extra flavor, add some garlic powder or onion powder to the cream cheese.
- Serve with a side of salsa for dipping.
