- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well mixed.
- Spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form taquitos.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
