- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Dijon mustard, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them with the creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For best results, let the steaks come to room temperature before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste preference.
