Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cauliflower Florets (Fresh or pre-chopped)
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets (Lightly steamed)
  • 1 pound Sliced Smoked Sausage (Your favorite variety)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (For sautéing)
  • 1 medium Onion (Diced)
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the veggies by melting butter in a skillet over medium heat and sautéing diced onions until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced sausage, cooking until the sausage is browned and translucent.
  4. Combine softened cream cheese in the skillet, stirring until melted and smooth, then mix in heavy whipping cream.
  5. Mix in the steamed broccoli and cauliflower, ensuring they get perfectly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for about 25–30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
