- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the veggies by melting butter in a skillet over medium heat and sautéing diced onions until softened.
- Add minced garlic and sliced sausage, cooking until the sausage is browned and translucent.
- Combine softened cream cheese in the skillet, stirring until melted and smooth, then mix in heavy whipping cream.
- Mix in the steamed broccoli and cauliflower, ensuring they get perfectly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 25–30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
