Description

A delightful twist on the classic deli sandwich, these low-carb roll-ups feature savory corned beef, crispy sauerkraut, and gooey Swiss cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces corned beef, sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Take a slice of corned beef and place a spoonful of the sauerkraut mixture on top.
