- 8 ounces corned beef, sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Combine the drained sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Take a slice of corned beef and place a spoonful of the sauerkraut mixture on top.
- Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the mixture.
- Roll up the corned beef snugly around the filling.
