- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Add the chopped kimchi, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more kimchi or a dash of hot sauce.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
