- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the beef, stirring until well combined.
- In a separate pot, steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to create the spicy mayo.
- To assemble, place cooked rice in a bowl, top with the beef mixture, steamed vegetables, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

- Adjust the level of sriracha in the mayo to taste.
