Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
