Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
