- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with additional green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon.
- Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños or additional vegetables.
