Description

A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole featuring tater tots, sausage, and eggs, perfect for starting your day off right.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the frozen tater tots evenly on the bottom.
  5. Spread the cooked sausage over the tater tots.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and tater tots.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
