- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped lobster and shredded crab, then add lemon juice and zest.
- Stir in chopped parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon or cookie scoop to form small balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat and place them back on the sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tops for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden-brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
