Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped lobster and shredded crab, then add lemon juice and zest.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon or cookie scoop to form small balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat and place them back on the sheet.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the tops for extra crispiness.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden-brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
