Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and bell pepper until cooked through.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked beef mixture and crumbled bacon to the egg mixture, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
