Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Large Onions
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the onions and slice them into thick rings, approximately half an inch wide.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Dip each onion ring into the cheese mixture, ensuring even coating on all sides.
  5. Place the coated onion rings on a lined baking sheet, spacing them to allow air circulation.
  6. Lightly spray the rings with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For customization, try adding spices like smoked paprika or cayenne pepper. You can also experiment with different cheeses.
