Description

A creamy and refreshing dessert combining luscious cheesecake with ripe mango puree, served in individual cups for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh mango puree
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Fresh mango chunks for topping

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until incorporated.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
  5. Stir in the mango puree until well mixed.
  6. Layer graham cracker crumbs and cheesecake mixture in cups.
  7. Top with fresh mango chunks.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

These cheesecake cups can be made a day in advance. Use the ripest mangoes for the best flavor.
