Description

Mango Passionfruit Cheesecake Cups are a delightful dessert that combines the tropical flavors of mango and passionfruit with a creamy cheesecake filling, all served in individual cups for a perfect treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup passionfruit puree
  • Fresh mango and passionfruit for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the cups on top of the crust.
  6. Drizzle mango and passionfruit puree over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh mango and passionfruit before serving.
