Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Place the pumpkin slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the maple butter mixture generously over the pumpkin slices.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender and caramelized.
