- 2–3 pounds boneless pork loin
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the pork: Place the boneless pork loin in a roasting pan and coat it with the glaze using a basting brush.
- Roast the pork in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Baste the pork every 20 minutes with additional glaze.
- Rest the pork: Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Garnish and serve the sliced pork with fresh herbs.
Notes
You can prepare the glaze a day in advance. Consider using an air fryer for a crispy texture.
