Description

Maple Pecan Biscotti is a delightful twist on the traditional Italian cookie, featuring the rich flavors of maple syrup and crunchy pecans.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped pecans.
