- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
