Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
