Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
