- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (Extra virgin recommended)
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried Oregano (Substitute with fresh if needed)
- 0.25 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (Adjust according to spice preference)
- Salt (To taste)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the dish by drizzling a tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe baking dish and adding the cherry tomatoes, garlic, and shallots.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the tomato mixture.
- Season the dish with oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Add three small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each one.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the egg whites are set but yolks remain vibrant.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil and serve immediately.
