- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives.
- Add the cooked chicken to the rice mixture and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
