Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine the drained chickpeas, roasted beets, crumbled feta cheese, red onion, and fresh spinach or mixed greens in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
