Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, mint, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Toast the whole wheat burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
