Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and coat with flour.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
