- 8 Corn Tortillas
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 cup Taco Sauce
- 2 cups Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks, and drain any excess fat.
- Layer corn tortillas at the bottom of a baking dish, followed by beef, refried beans, taco sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil to keep moisture in and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can prepare this lasagna ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours before baking.
