- 8 oz of ham, sliced
- 8 oz of cheese, shredded (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the ham and cheese by cutting them into sticks.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each ham and cheese stick first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sticks until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a healthier option, you can bake the sticks instead of frying them.
