- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 cup white frosting
- Chocolate chips for eyes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost each cupcake with white frosting.
- Place mini marshmallows on top of the frosting to create a mummy wrap effect.
- Add chocolate chips as eyes to complete the mummy look.
