Description

Mummy Cupcakes with Marshmallow Wraps are a fun and spooky dessert perfect for Halloween celebrations. These cupcakes are topped with fluffy marshmallow wraps and decorated to look like mummies.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup white frosting
  • Chocolate chips for eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, frost each cupcake with white frosting.
  7. Place mini marshmallows on top of the frosting to create a mummy wrap effect.
  8. Add chocolate chips as eyes to complete the mummy look.

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, consider adding chocolate chips to the batter.
