Ingredients

  • 1 bird’s eye chili, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (plus more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice the fruits and vegetables: Begin by dicing your nectarines and tomato into bite-sized pieces, then transfer them to your mixing bowl.
  2. Prepare the aromatics: Finely chop your cilantro and shallots, then add them to the bowl with your nectarines and tomato.
  3. Add heat: Dice the bird’s eye chili and pour it into the bowl, adjusting heat levels to your preference.
