- 1 package of green Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the green Jell-O in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Set aside to cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk and instant vanilla pudding until thickened.
- Layer the bottom of a dish with graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Pour half of the green Jell-O over the cream cheese layer.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the remaining green Jell-O on top.
- Top with mini marshmallows and sprinkles for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense green color, you can add a few drops of green food coloring to the Jell-O.
- Feel free to customize the toppings with your favorite holiday candies.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
