Delicious and festive No Bake Grinch Truffles that are perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red candy hearts for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted green candy and place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Before the candy sets, place a red candy heart on top of each truffle for decoration.
  7. Allow the truffles to set completely before serving.
