- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the rolled oats and almond milk.
- Add the banana, honey, cinnamon, and Greek yogurt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until well mixed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your healthy oats smoothie!
Notes
- For a vegan option, omit the Greek yogurt or use a plant-based yogurt.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
